About the role

We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven leader to take full responsibility for the Czech market within the industrial and commercial construction segment.
In this role, you will lead sales strategy, develop key customer relationships, and drive business growth across large-scale projects such as industrial facilities, logistics parks, and office buildings.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the commercial strategy for the Czech Republic
• Lead, develop, and motivate the local sales team
• Drive revenue growth and profitability (full P&L responsibility)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders:
o developers (e.g. logistics and industrial parks)
o general contractors
o architects and project planners
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and market segments
• Manage key accounts and strategic projects
• Collaborate closely with regional and international teams
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
• Ensure alignment with company standards, processes, and compliance

 Your Profile

• Proven experience in a senior commercial / sales leadership role
• Background in construction materials, building systems, or related industries
• Strong understanding of industrial and commercial construction projects
• Experience working with developers, contractors, and project-based sales
• Demonstrated ability to manage P&L and drive business performance
• Strong leadership experience with the ability to build and develop high-performing teams
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Fluency in Czech and English
• Experience in an international / corporate environment
