An opportunity is open for a Junior Project Coordinator with German to join the sales organization of a well-established international retail and e-commerce company operating across Europe. The role is based in Prague and is designed for early-career professionals who want to build strong foundations in project management, commercial thinking and international collaboration.

This position offers direct exposure to C-level leadership, including close cooperation with the Managing Director of the Czech organization, an experienced German executive with a strong sales background who regularly works between countries.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting senior management in operational and selected strategic sales projects
• Coordinating smaller projects and ad‑hoc initiatives within the sales organization
• Preparing reports, analyses and management presentations
• Acting as a link between local teams and international counterparts
• Participating in cross-border projects with colleagues from other European markets
• Helping structure processes and translate business needs into practical project steps

Ideal Candidate Profile

This role is particularly suitable for university graduates or professionals with up to a few years of experience who are motivated to grow in a dynamic, business-oriented environment.

Essential requirements:

• University degree (or equivalent)
• Czech or Slovak as a native language
• Advanced German language skills (minimum B2 level); English at a communicative level
• Strong interest in project management, business operations and sales
• Analytical mindset combined with good communication skills
• Very good command of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

Considered a strong advantage:

• Previous experience in retail, e-commerce, consulting or a similar business-driven environment
• First exposure to project coordination or cross-functional teamwork
• Practical understanding of sales or commercial processes
