HR Manager is a newly created group-level role with full ownership of the People function. This is the only HR professional in the Group. The role reports directly to a board member and combines full operational ownership with a strategic mandate.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruitment across all functions and jurisdictions: job descriptions, agency management, interviews, offers, contracts
• Onboarding coordination across CZ, SK, PL, LU, and SG
• Salary structure, compensation benchmarking, annual bonus process
• Benefits administration and payroll coordination with local providers
• Personnel documentation, employment law compliance (CZ, SK, PL, LU, SG), GDPR
• Regulatory HR for a CNB-licensed investment company: fit & proper documentation, mandatory training programme (AML, GDPR, ethics), CNB audit support
• Organisational chart and position cards maintenance across all entities
• Annual performance review cycle design and administration
• Active use of AI tools in HR workflows; introducing new AI-supported processes

What we are looking for

• 5–8 years as an HR generalist or HR Business Partner
• Experience in a regulated financial institution (investment company, bank, insurer) or advisory firm with regulated clients — REQUIRED
• Proven track record of running full-cycle recruitment independently
• Hands-on experience with employment law: terminations, contract changes, BOZP, leave management
• Multi-country HR experience — strong advantage
• English C1+ — active working language; Czech or Slovak C1
• Demonstrated use of AI tools in HR context (Claude, ChatGPT, or equivalent)
• Positive working and personal attitude: energy, optimism, and a constructive mindset
