For worldwide leading company as innovator and producer of passive and active electronic components I am looking for Project Manager Transfer to India.

Purpose of the role

The role acts as a central coordinator and facilitator to ensure alignment, transparency, and execution of international production transfer and localization projects.

Localtion is in Liberecký region, district Jablonec nad Nisou. You can work on home office and travel to site e.g. once per week.

Requirements

Education
Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (technical background is an advantage)

Experience

3–7 years of experience in project management, consulting, or cross-functional roles
Experience in international environments and working with diverse stakeholders
Experience in industrialization or production transfer is beneficial, but not mandatory

Strong stakeholder management skills – ability to align different functions, cultures, and seniority levels
Proven ability to facilitate workshops, discussions, and decision-making processes
Excellent communication and presentation skills, including interaction with senior management
Ability to structure complex topics, create transparency, and drive clarity
Strong coordination and escalation skills – ability to identify risks, address blockers, and ensure progress
Ability to influence without direct authority in a matrix organization
Consultant mindset: ability to challenge, guide, and support stakeholders
High level of ownership, proactivity, and result orientation

Way of Working

Ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization across CH–CZ–IN
Comfortable working in dynamic and sometimes ambiguous environments
Focus on coordination, alignment, and orchestration, rather than hands-on technical execution

Language & Mobility

Fluent English required
Willingness to travel 20–50% (India + Europe)
