Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power Co., Ltd. (KHNP) invites applications from qualified and motivated professionals for one (1) locally employed Administrative Staff positions to support KHNP's project activities at its Dukovany site.

1. Position Information

• Position Title: Administrative Staff (Locally Employed)
• Number of Positions: One (1)
• Duty Station: KHNP Dukovany Construction Site, Dukovany
• Employment Type: Fixed-term contract (full-time)

2. Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will provide administrative and operational support, including but not limited to:

• General administrative assistance related to office operations, general affairs
• Coordination and administrative support for meetings, conferences, workshops, and other cooperation activities with local authorities and relevant institutions
• Collection and monitoring of local media reports, including interpretation and translation between Korean and Czech
• Settlement and operational support for dispatched personnel based in Dukovany
• Other duties as assigned in accordance with organizational needs

3. Qualifications and Experience

Essential Requirements:

• Czech citizenship or permanent residence status with no restrictions on employment
• Bachelor's degree or higher (or expected graduation)
• Excellent proficiency in Czech and English
• Eligibility for overseas travel and business trips

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Korean (considered an advantage)
• Experience working with Korean companies or international project environments
• Relevant professional experience in administrative, construction project, governmental, or nuclear-related institutions
• Strong communication skills, high ethical standards, and proven teamwork capabilities
• Proficiency in standard office software (MS Office and related tools)
• Valid Czech driving license and ability to drive

4. Contract Terms and Benefits

Contract Period:

• Initial contract for one (1) year including a probationary period of up to three (3) months and 2nd/3rd contract renewal can be up to three (3) years,

Compensation:

• Monthly base salary of approximately CZK 50,000 (gross), excluding performance bonuses
• Performance-based bonus may be granted twice per year (first and second half of the year)
• The bonus amount is determined based on individual and organizational performance and may be paid up to 100% of the monthly base salary

Benefits:

• Company-provided housing (company accommodation) and meals
• Leave entitlements in accordance with Czech labor law and KHNP internal policies
• Other benefits in accordance with company regulations
• All other terms and conditions of employment shall be governed by applicable Czech labor laws and KHNP internal regulations.

6. Selection Process

Interview

Individual interviews will be conducted for candidates who applied with attached resume and career description in accordance with established evaluation criteria

* Interviews are tentatively scheduled for the last week of April

Final Round

The final selected candidate will be selected from among the shortlisted candidates, provided there are no issues with their official Czech criminal records check results.
