Pracovní nabídka
We are looking for a detail-oriented Purchasing Coordinator to support our purchasing activities and supplier coordination.
In this role, you will work closely with our Procurement & Sourcing Manager in Sweden, as well as with the local logistics and production teams in Bor, to ensure smooth purchasing processes and product flow.
The position is based in Bor, Czechia, with occasional travel to suppliers or other fulfilment locations, including Ohio, USA.
Support daily purchasing activities and administration
Communicate with suppliers about orders, deliveries, and product quality
Help identify new suppliers and sourcing opportunities
Prepare data for supplier negotiations and price comparisons
Create and manage purchase orders and track deliveries
Monitor supplier performance (cost, quality, delivery)
Work closely with logistics, production, and international teams
Support product launches and maintain product and supplier data
Assist with inventory planning and reporting (Excel)
At least 2 years of experience in purchasing, sourcing, supply chain, production planning, or similar roles
Experience working with suppliers and managing purchase orders
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Good Excel knowledge
Professional English (spoken and written)
Ability to work in an international environment
Experience working with suppliers in China
Experience in e-commerce or international companies
Experience with ERP or purchasing systems
