About the Role

We are seeking a Project Manager with German to support the planning, coordination, and execution of diverse projects within MphaR. The successful candidate will manage communications with internal and external stakeholders, support virtual and live events, and ensure smooth project delivery in compliance with company standards and client requirements. Candidate needs to have C2-level in German and C1 in English.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution (planning → delivery → reporting)

• Coordinate with global pharmaceutical clients

• Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables

• Communicate with international KOLs and institutions

• Oversee operational logistics (virtual & in-person)

• Ensure compliance and documentation standards

• Collaborate with internal scientific and operational teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (business, economics, life sciences, communications or related field) is mandatory

• Native German or advanced level

• Strong project management skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Ability to manage deadlines

• High level of professionalism and discretion
