Within the group, Nobel Biocare is an implantology business, currently looking for a Customer Service Representative with Lithuanian.
In this role you will be responsible for providing customer service to dental professionals.

What is your role going to look like?

• Together with 9 team members supporting the Central and Eastern European (CEE) markets, you will be focusing on the Lithuanian markets along with one colleague.
• Act as a primary point of contact for our clients and commercial teams.
• Big part of your day will be order management – receiving, monitoring, and processing customer orders in SAP.
• You will also handle complaints or any other requests from our clients.
• You can expect receiving requests primarily via phone or email (CRM).

• C2 level in Lithuanian and fluent in English
