Who are we looking for? Someone who:

• Has a solid background in technical SEO and content strategy. Ideally 2+ years and agency experience is a plus, not a must.
• Understands not only the fundamentals like link building, but also keeps up with how SEO is evolving with AI search.
• Is familiar with tools like Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, and Looker Studio.
• Speaks Czech/Slovak and English professionally, plus German or Polish as an additional language.
• Is adaptable, curious, and enjoys experimenting – key traits for the future of SEO.
• Is genuinely passionate about SEO and continuous improvement.
• Ideally has project management skills, solid time management, and overlap into areas like AI, UX or analytics.

What will your SEO “cocktail” look like?

• 50 % SEO Expert – You’ll optimize websites, improve rankings, run keyword research, and ensure technical SEO best practices. Your work will directly drive client growth.
• 20 % Team Player – You’ll collaborate with our 18-member SEO team and colleagues from UX, analytics, and content to deliver strategies with real impact.
• 15 % Strategist – You’ll track SEO trends, analyze data, and bring new ideas to improve organic performance and conversions.
• 15 % Consultant – You’ll communicate with clients, explain SEO in a business context, and help them understand its impact. Clear communication is key. 🤝
