Sales Representative (Medical Technology)

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Representative to join our team and support the growth of our medical technology portfolio. If you enjoy building strong customer relationships, driving sales activities, and working in a dynamic environment, this role might be a great fit for you.

Our office is located in Prague; however, we welcome Sales Representatives from all regions of the Czech Republic, as our business operations cover the entire country.

What you will do

In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of sales and customer-focused activities, including:

• Active promotion and sale of products from our portfolio
• Monitoring competitors and market trends
• Managing and developing the customer portfolio within your assigned region
• Identifying and approaching new potential customers using both company-provided and self-sourced leads
• Contributing proactively to the company’s commercial goals and fulfilling your individual sales plan
• Maintaining accurate customer records and relevant documentation
• Continuously expanding your sales knowledge and product expertise
• Representing the company at business meetings, trainings, and events
• Cooperating with your supervisor on reporting, feedback, and ongoing developments
• Updating all marketing and customer-related activities in the CRM system
• Performing all activities in line with legislation, good business practices, and company policies
• Taking on additional reasonable tasks corresponding to your role and abilities

What you bring

We are looking for a candidate with a mix of education, experience, and personal strengths:

• Academic degree or apprenticeship in a medical field (e.g., pharma), alternatively a business/sales-related education
• Several years of sales experience, ideally in medical technology
• Good working knowledge of MS Office
• Native Czech or Slovak language
• Business-level English (spoken and written)
• Product and industry knowledge — or strong willingness to learn
• High willingness to travel, including overnight stays
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong goal orientation and proactive mindset
