🛠️ What is it about?

• Lead and manage customer projects across Poland

• Develop tailor-made technical and commercial proposals, including calculations, solution design and material recommendations
• Drive projects from inquiry through quotation to successful execution
• Act as the link between customers and international production plants
• Collaborate closely with teams in Opava, Germany, France, Belgium, Italy, Hungary and Romania
• Build relationships with key customers in chemical processing, gas and energy industries
• Present technical solutions, participate in customer meetings and industry conferences
• Contribute to market strategy and business growth in the region

🎯 Who are we looking for?

• Technical education (ideally Mechanical Engineering or similar)

• Experience in industrial environments (chemical, gas or energy sectors highly valued)

• Background in technical sales, project management or techno-commercial roles
• Ability to understand technical documentation, calculations and engineering principles
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to manage complex projects independently
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Willingness to travel
• Fluent English and Polish
