We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Project Manager with strong Business Analysis skills to lead strategic technology initiatives across our organization. In this role, you will drive complex projects from concept to delivery, collaborate closely with business stakeholders, and ensure that proposed solutions align with our longterm architecture and business goals.

This is a great opportunity for someone who combines excellent project leadership, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable technical solutions. 

What You Will Do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of medium to large-scale IT projects (planning, budgeting, execution, reporting).
• Work closely with business owners to define project scope, requirements, and success criteria.
• Perform business analysis activities: process mapping, gap analysis, requirements documentation, user stories, acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate internal and external teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
• Facilitate workshops, demos, and decisionmaking sessions.
• Oversee testing preparation, UAT, and transition to operations.
• Ensure all solutions comply with architecture standards, security policies, and governance processes.
• Monitor project financials, timelines, and deliverables with transparency and accountability.

What We Expect

• 5+ years of experience in IT project management and business analysis.
• Proven track record of delivering complex IT projects in a corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, project methodologies (Waterfall, Agile), and IT architecture basics.
• Ability to gather, structure, and validate business requirements.
• Experience with vendor management and crossfunctional project teams.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong analytical mindset and problemsolving skills.
• Fluency in English
