Pracovní nabídka
As our Area Manager you will be responsible for:
· Sales, turnover and margin planning in the area of responsibility
· Development and implementation of activities to achieve objectives
· Implementation of corporate goals & philosophy
· Monthly review of sales targets in collaboration with the planning department
· Definition of market potential
· Carrying out sales and distribution analyses, deriving and implementing suitable measures
· Active customer support in defined markets
· Customer visits and preparation of market and visit reports
· Training of the sales force and customers
· Systematic development and expansion of the brand presence at the POS and continuous improvement of the quality of the brand image
· Enforcement of a selective distribution channel policy and monitoring of the agreed contractual regulations
· Contributing to the design of a European pricing and conditions policy
· Co-design and implementation of the marketing plan in the markets for which you are responsible
· Shared responsibility and management of the marketing budgets in the defined markets
· Development and implementation of marketing concepts and opening up new sales channels / markets
· Control of agreed payment terms and outstanding amounts
To be successful in this role it's essential you are / have:
· Very good knowledge of international sales strategies and
· business administration
· Strong brand understanding and awareness
· Conceptual and analytical thinking skills
· Assertiveness and negotiation skills
· Completed university degree in business administration (focus on international sales is an advantage)
· At least 5 years of professional experience in sales/marketing
· Very good knowledge of English, other foreign languages (German, Russian) desirable
· Willingness to travel
· Ability to work under pressure, initiative, organizational talent, ability to work in a team, creativity, flexibility
· Independent and responsible working style
· Very good user knowledge of MS Office
