About the Role

As a Houseman/Bellman, you ensure smooth arrivals, warm welcomes, and immaculate public areas throughout the hotel. You assist guests with luggage, support the Front Office and Housekeeping teams, and help maintain the atmosphere of effortless comfort that defines Sir Hotels.

You’ll be part of a diverse, open, and supportive team, reflecting the Sircle Collection values of heartfelt service, community, and authenticity.

Your Responsibilities

Guest Experience & Support

• Welcome guests upon arrival, assist with luggage, and offer a smooth, friendly first impression.
• Escort guests to their rooms and provide essential information about hotel services and local highlights.
• Support with transportation needs (taxis, ride‑share, transfers).
• Deliver amenities, packages, and messages promptly.
• Housekeeping & Public Area Care
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of public spaces, storage rooms, and back‑of‑house areas.
• Replenish supplies and support Housekeeping with daily operational tasks as needed.
• Operations & Teamwork
• Coordinate closely with Front Desk, Concierge, and Housekeeping to ensure flawless guest flow.
• Report maintenance issues and safety concerns.

Who You Are

• A naturally warm, friendly and approachable person — someone who enjoys creating meaningful moments for guests.
• Comfortable in a guest-facing role and confident communicating in English; Czech is a plus.
• Reliable, proactive, and happy to roll up your sleeves to support the team.
• Physically able to lift luggage and stand for extended periods.
• Previous hospitality experience is preferred, but a positive attitude is what matters most.
• You are legally permitted to work in the Czech Republic, allowing you to join our team without the need for visa sponsorship.
