Are you detail-oriented, highly organized, and passionate about ensuring operational excellence in the logistics field? We are looking for a proactive and reliable team member to take ownership of our loan set management process. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for overseeing both the physical and system-based handling of medical instrument sets, ensuring timely delivery, top-quality standards, and seamless coordination across departments and borders.

Your Tasks and responsibilites:

• Responsibility for management of loan sets in both ERP system and physically
• Ensure highest quality (detailed check of quality of the medical instruments) and quantity of the components (instruments, disposables and implants) within the loan sets.
• Reporting of used loan sets components and replenishment of the components
• Ensure on time delivery of the loan set based on business needs.
• Organizing administrative flow of the loan sets = domestic + loan sets from Germany
• Intense emails and calls handling
• Regular loan sets inventory.
• Reporting in CRM, KPIs monitoring
• Deal with customer complaints.
• Regular turnover management of the loan sets and completion new ones when justified.

Our Requirements:

• High school graduate in business or similar studies
• Min.2 years work experience in similar position is a plus
• Detailed knowledge of warehousing principles (inbound, outbound, storage)
• Fluent English, daily practical usage in writing
• Continuous improvement mindset
• Good knowledge of MS Office programs (especially Word and Excel)
• Good communication skills
• High customer orientation
• Reliability and teamwork
• Result-oriented
• ERP systems knowledge (preferably SAP)
