We are growing rapidly and seeking a seasoned IT procurement professional to lead some of our most strategic categories: IT Consulting and Cloud.

Your Impact

As a Senior IT Procurement Manager, you will serve as the commercial lead for consulting and cloud services across EMEA and beyond. You will negotiate complex, multimillion-euro contracts, build relationships with top global providers, and work closely with IT and business leaders to maximize value from DHL’s technology investments.

Key Responsibilities

· Execute the category strategy for IT Consulting and Cloud.

· Lead high-value negotiations with hyperscalers and tier-1 consulting partners.

· Run full sourcing cycles (RFx, evaluation, supplier selection, contracting).

· Partner with IT, Finance, and business stakeholders.

· Manage relationships with strategic suppliers.

· Track cloud market changes and pricing developments.

· Oversee contract lifecycle activities.

· Build negotiation strategies and executive-ready presentations.

· Deliver measurable savings.

· Navigate complex stakeholder environments.

 
Key Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

· 6+ years in Procurement or Vendor Management (ideally IT).

· Strong understanding of procurement processes and category management.

· Experience influencing stakeholders.

· Strong analytical and negotiation skills.

· Proficiency in MS Office.

· Fluent English and German.

· Collaborative mindset with confidence in high-stakes negotiations.
