We are looking for a new colleague for a highly interesting and fast-growing player in the business space.

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager / Business Development professional who knows how to sell complex technology solutions — not just headcount.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has built a career in IT sales, software services, consulting, or digital delivery, and wants to sell something with real business value: AI solutions, custom software, automation, and transformation projects that clients actually care about.

You will be selling solutions that can be delivered, to clients who are willing to invest, with serious room to make commercial impact.

• Fixed-price software development projects
• Custom digital solutions and SaaS-related services
• AI consulting and implementation projects
• Automation and productivity improvement initiatives
• Process transformation engagements with measurable business value

This is not bodyshopping.

This is outcome-led, consultative selling focused on efficiency, innovation, and delivery.

What you will do:

• Drive new business and open strategic commercial conversations
• Build and grow relationships with enterprise and mid-market clients
• Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to signed deal
• Identify real client needs and shape commercially strong opportunities
• Work closely with delivery and technical teams on solution design
• Partner with senior leadership on pricing, deal strategy, and growth priorities
• Develop selected existing accounts while keeping a strong hunting mindset

This role is for someone who enjoys winning business, shaping opportunities, and building trust at senior level.

Who we want to talk to:

You are likely a strong fit if you:

• Have 5+ years of experience in IT / software / technology sales
• Software development services
• IT consulting
• Outsourcing or project delivery
• Digital or transformation solutions
• Are comfortable navigating complex B2B deals
• Can sell into mid-sized and enterprise organisations
• Know how to engage both business stakeholders and technology leaders
• Understand consultative selling and can lead value-based conversations
• Ideally bring an existing network of CIOs, CTOs, digital leaders, or senior decision-makers

You do not need to write code.

But you do need enough credibility in software and technology to hold your own in serious client conversations.

Compensation:

• Attractive base + variable structure
• Approx. 50/50 split between fixed and performance-based compensation
• OTE depends on experience, credibility, and sales results
