Position: Inside Partner Business Manager (Native Polish)
 Location: Prague Office – Hybrid (3 days in office / 2 days WAH)
 Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 18:00
 Salary: 37,000 CZK gross / month + 25% bonus + quarterly incentives depending on sales turnover

About the Role:
We are looking for an Inside Partner Business Manager with native Polish language skills to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on enabling partners to grow their business with our brand through technical and business support, training, and joint planning. You will work closely with partners to develop their sales capabilities, drive revenue, and achieve business growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of partners and drive business growth, margin, and sell-out based on strategic priorities.
• Understand partner markets, competition, and evaluate reseller interest in solutions.
• Define partner targets, identify gaps, and develop action plans to close them.
• Educate partner sales teams on products and solutions, emphasizing value propositions and key selling points.
• Ensure partners meet program requirements, certifications, and revenue thresholds.
• Support partners in driving revenue through campaigns, opportunity identification, and deal closure.
• Manage partner forecasting, pipeline, and performance tracking.
• Coordinate internal resources (pre-sales, marketing, specialists) to support partner sales and joint revenue growth.
• Promote and support the use of online partner tools for deal management and business planning.
• Monitor and review partner marketing plans, co-marketing activities, and ROI.
• Recruit new partners and upgrade existing partners to higher program levels.
• Attend partner events to build relationships and identify business opportunities.

Requirements:

• Native Polish speaker
• English proficiency: B2 or higher
• Experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT
• Understanding of KPI achievement and sales processes
• Knowledge of IT products and solutions advantageous
