Join our vibrant team in the city center as a Junior Staff Accountant for Pulsar Expo, who will be supporting and maintaining financial reports, audits and compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or treasury in Czech Republic
• English level B2+
• CIA certification a plus

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Timely and accurate financial reporting is supported through preparation of basic financial data and assistance with monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
• Reliable financial records are maintained through accurate entry of transactions and organized documentation.
• Invoices are recorded, and outstanding accounts are monitored, with support provided in tracking receivables and collections.
• Bank statements are entered daily into accounting systems, with payments matched to invoices and supporting documents.
• Financial data is kept up to date to support accurate analysis, with schedules prepared as required.
• Tax documentation is supported, including assistance with VAT returns and collection of relevant information.
• Audit processes are supported by organizing financial documents and providing necessary records
• Compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulations is ensured through accurate processing and documentation.
