Scale responsible GenAI innovation across the enterprise

As an Engineer in GenAI Enablement & AI Agents, you will contribute to shaping how NKT adopts secure and responsible Generative AI across global operations. The role offers the opportunity to work with enterprise-grade AI agents, vector-based retrieval, RAG architectures, and frameworks such as Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI and other LLM platforms. You will collaborate across business lines and Group Functions to translate potential into practical outcomes that support NKT’s digital innovation strategy and the wider green transition. Design, orchestrate and scale responsible AI capabilities

In this role, you will develop AI agents, refine enterprise retrieval systems and help shape governance aligned with the EU AI Act, GDPR and NIS2. You will work closely with colleagues across business lines to identify GenAI opportunities and turn them into secure and sustainable solutions that strengthen daily operations.

Your responsibility will be to:

• Architect and orchestrate multi-agent frameworks across LLM ecosystems
• Design and maintain RAG pipelines and vector database integrations
• Implement lifecycle practices for AI agents, including monitoring and traceability
• Shape and deliver AI literacy programs and enablement materials
• Support use case identification, assessment and value estimation
• You will be part of a global Data & AI organisation and collaborate with technology partners. The role is based in Kladno.

You also have:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics or similar
• Experience in AI enablement or digital transformation in an enterprise context
• Experience building AI agents or multi-agent workflows
• Experience with vector databases, embeddings or retrieval strategies
• Experience implementing RAG architectures at scalePreferred: familiarity with multiple LLM ecosystems such as OpenAI and Anthropic
