Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
• Assist in analyzing current business processes and systems for improvement.
• Collaborate with teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Support testing phases to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and contribute to strategic initiatives.

Expected Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
• Knowledge of English and French required.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Excel or SQL.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong logical mindset and a dedication to continuous learning and quality

Optional Skills and Experience:

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools.
• Basic understanding of banking sector processes, products, and regulations.
• Previous involvement in cross-functional projects or business transformation initiatives
• Interest in data science concepts, including machine learning and analytics methodologies.
