We are currently looking for a Telecom Vendor Coordinator to join a global pharma company in Prague and support a key telecom transformation project.

This is a hands-on coordination role where you will work closely with telecom vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and operation of network services.

👉 This is NOT a heavy procurement or negotiation role – the RFP has already been completed.
👉 Instead, the focus is on vendor coordination, telecom understanding, and operational execution.

Your Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for telecom vendors (e.g. O2, Verizon, etc.)
• Coordinate circuit delivery, testing, and handover processes
• Support ordering and service requests with telecom providers
• Work with internal teams to ensure smooth integration of network services
• Monitor vendor performance and support contract compliance
• Assist with ongoing telecom transition following RFP
• Handle a mix of coordination, technical understanding, and admin tasks

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in telecom, networking, or WAN connectivity
• Background working with telecom vendors or service providers
• Good understanding of network infrastructure (circuits, connectivity, ISP)
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and tasks
• English communication skills (international environment)

Nice to Have

• Experience with providers like O2, Vodafone, T-Mobile, Verizon
• Background in network support / telecom operations
• Exposure to vendor management or telecom transitions

• Candidates from IT/network background with telecom exposure can also be considered
• Strong technical expertise is NOT required — understanding is key
