We are looking for an experienced and driven Head of Lean Six Sigma Transformation Europe to lead and accelerate our continuous improvement journey across European component manufacturing sites.

This role is key in shaping a performance-driven, data-based operating model, strengthening process stability, and delivering measurable improvements in service level, quality, lead time, and efficiency.

You will work hands-on with local teams on the shopfloor while driving transformation at a strategic level across multiple sites.

Your mission

• Deploy and sustain Lean Six Sigma tools across European manufacturing sites
• Drive value stream optimization and operational excellence
• Lead transformation initiatives with clear business impact
• Build a culture of continuous improvement and accountability

Key responsibilities

• Deploy Lean tools (5S+1, TPM, SMED/QCO, Standard Work, material flow) across sites
• Lead Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and define future-state improvements
• Drive Lean Six Sigma projects focused on scrap reduction, quality improvement, and process stabilization
• Implement structured problem-solving methodologies (DMAIC, 8D, root cause analysis)
• Establish and support performance management routines (Tier meetings, KPIs, PIM)
• Coach and train site teams in Lean Six Sigma methodologies
• Ensure sustainability via Gemba walks, Layered Process Audits (LPA), and standard work
• Support sites in achieving operational targets (SQDC)

What you bring

• Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or equivalent
• 5–10+ years of experience in manufacturing / operations environment
• Proven track record in Lean, Continuous Improvement, or Six Sigma deployment
• Strong knowledge of Lean tools:
• Value Stream Mapping
• 5S / TPM
• SMED / QCO
• Standard Work
• Solid understanding of Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC, SPC)
• Experience with structured problem solving (8D, root cause analysis)
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
• Hands-on approach with strong shopfloor presence (Gemba)
• Excellent communication and influencing skills in a matrix organization
• ERP knowledge (SAP is a plus)

Role is based in the Czech Republic, with necessity to travel up to 50% of the working time.
