For the internal structures of EWL Czech s.r.o we are looking for Business Development Manager.
Work location: Ostrava, Frýdek-Místek
YOUR TASKS:
- Identifying and acquiring new business clients while maintaining long-term relationships with existing partners
- Analyzing market trends and competitive landscape to define and execute business development strategy
- Preparing commercial offers, leading negotiations, and closing contracts
- Ensuring high standards of customer service and supporting brand visibility activities
- Monitoring sales performance and preparing regular market and sales reports
- Supporting clients during the implementation of company services/products
- Cooperating cross-functionally with internal departments to achieve business objectives
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in sales of recruitment services, ideally within temporary employment, for B2B clients
- Proven ability to acquire new clients and develop long-term business relationships
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to identify client needs and translate them into tailored commercial solutions
- Strategic thinking and good understanding of market dynamics
- High level of independence, strong organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure
- Communicative level of English
