Strategic FP&A Analyst / Business Advisor to the CEO

International Powersports & Mobility Distribution Business

(On-site role with significant autonomy and exposure to top management)

Our client is a rapidly growing international company specializing in the import, distribution, and market development of motorcycles, off-road vehicles, and powersports equipment across multiple Central&Eastern European markets.

The company represents a diverse portfolio of global brands covering:

high-performance motorcycles
adventure and off-road vehicles
recreational powersports machines
specialized mobility products

With strong growth and expansion across regions, the company is currently strengthening its financial planning and business intelligence capabilities, including the implementation of a new ERP (SAP) environment.

The Opportunity

This role goes far beyond a traditional FP&A analyst position.

The successful candidate will work closely with both the CFO and the CEO, providing financial insight and analytical support for strategic decisions across markets, brands, and distribution channels.

You will act as a financial partner to senior management, contributing to pricing decisions, profitability analysis, and operational performance across the organization.

This role offers a rare opportunity to gain direct exposure to executive decision-making and develop a deep understanding of an international distribution business.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support budgeting and forecasting processes across regional markets
Analyze financial performance across brands, product lines, regions, and distribution channels
Monitor product profitability, margins, logistics costs, inventory levels, and FX exposure
Build financial models for pricing, profitability analysis, and business cases
Prepare management reports and executive dashboards for senior leadership
Support strategic decision-making by providing insightful financial analysis to the CEO and CFO
Participate in the development of financial reporting structures within the new SAP environment
Track key operational KPIs such as inventory turnover, sell-in / sell-out dynamics, and working capital performance
Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, logistics, supply chain, and operations teams
 
Your Profile

We are looking for a highly analytical and business-minded finance professional

Requirements

University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or similar
1–4 years of experience in FP&A, controlling, financial analysis, or audit
Advanced Excel skills are essential
Strong analytical thinking combined with business curiosity
Ability to work independently and structure complex information
Fluent English (daily communication in an international environment)
 

Experience with ERP systems (SAP) or BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau is an advantage.
