VIG Re is looking for an AI Engineer to develop cutting-edge AI solutions for document intelligence in legal, financial, and insurance domains. If you excel at working with Large Language Models, agentic frameworks, and solving real-world problems with modern AI technologies, this is your opportunity!

Your tasks

• Build NLP pipelines for semantic extraction, NER, entity‑relationship mapping, and document understanding.

• Develop and deploy LLM‑based solutions using Azure OpenAI and open‑source models with strong prompt‑engineering practices.

• Create agentic systems using LangChain, LangGraph, LangFlow, or MCP for multi‑agent workflows.

• Design RAG systems with vector databases for semantic search and retrieval.

• Apply data‑centric AI: curate datasets, evaluate models, detect bias, and build human‑in‑the‑loop feedback loops.

• Implement explainability (SHAP, confidence scoring) and GDPR‑compliant access controls.

• Write production Python code and deploy containerized microservices on Azure (Docker, Kubernetes/AKS).

• Work with SQL databases and knowledge graphs for structured data modelling.

Our expectations

• Strong understanding of NLP, LLMs, and document‑processing techniques.

• Experience with agentic frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, LangFlow, MCP).

• Knowledge of vector databases and RAG patterns (FAISS, Chroma, pgvector).

• Solid Python skills and familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or scikit‑learn.

• Experience with cloud‑native development (Docker, Kubernetes/AKS).

• Understanding of explainable AI, GDPR, and access‑control models (RBAC/ABAC).

• Ability to solve complex problems and communicate clearly.

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or similar (completed or in progress).

• Hands‑on experience through projects, internships, or open‑source contributions.
