About HMH Vision
HMH Vision s.r.o. is an international consulting firm supporting aerospace and industrial clients with supply chain recovery and operational transformation.
The company operates internationally and works with clients and consultants across multiple countries in Europe, North America and Asia.
As the business continues to grow, we are looking for a reliable and structured Senior Accountant to take ownership of our accounting activities.
Key Responsibilities
• Full responsibility for accounting under Czech regulations
• Preparation and submission of VAT returns including EU cross-border services
• Issuing invoices to international clients
• Receiving and reviewing contractor invoices for completeness and correctness
• Preparing payment runs for management approval
• Handling multi-currency transactions (EUR, USD, CZK)
• Cooperation with external tax advisors
• Supporting month-end closing and financial reporting
• Maintaining structured and transparent financial records and supporting improvements to accounting processes.
Your Profile
• Minimum 5 years experience in accounting
• Strong knowledge of Czech accounting and VAT regulations
• Experience with POHODA accounting system
• Experience with international transactions and foreign currency accounting
• Structured, detail-oriented and comfortable taking ownership of accounting responsibilities in a small international company
• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
• Professional working proficiency in English
• Experience in a consulting, services or international business environment is an advantage
• Comfortable working in a small company environment with a high degree of responsibility and independence.

Location
Praha - Západ region. The role offers a flexible working structure, combining home-based work with regular coordination and occasional in-person meetings at the company office near Jílové u Prahy.
