The Head of Laboratory in a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) is a key role with the following responsibilities:

This role requires a deep understanding of analytical chemistry along with a strong knowledge of GMP regulations. The Head of laboratory plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of the products tested in the facility.

REQUIREMENTS
Education: at least Masters’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field
Experience: 3 years of experience in a similar role within an analytical laboratory environment.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of Good Documentation Practices (GDP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and other relevant instructions.
Skills: Proficiency in using laboratory information management systems and other relevant software.
Attention to Detail: Ability to review and validate data with a high degree of accuracy.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Czech and English.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies or anomalies in data.
