Global Facilities & Maintenance Manager - Manufacturing

For our client - international manufacturing company - we are seeking an experienced Global Facilities & Maintenance Manager based in the Czech Republic, who will take ownership of facilities, maintenance strategy and technical infrastructure across multiple manufacturing sites in various countries.

Responsibilities :

Developing and implementing a global facilities & maintenance strategy
Ensuring high standards of technical reliability, safety and compliance
Leading and developing local maintenance teams across multiple sites
Driving continuous improvement, cost optimization and operational excellence
Managing CAPEX projects and long-term infrastructure planning
Ensuring compliance with regulatory, environmental and safety standards
Collaborating closely with Operations, Quality and EHS leadership

Ideal profile :

Proven experience in multi-site facilities and maintenance management
Background in a manufacturing environment ( medical devices, pharma, automotive, electronics or similarly regulated industry preferred )
Strong leadership and people management skills
Experience with preventive maintenance systems, TPM, CMMS
Solid understanding of compliance, safety and infrastructure standards
Project management experience (CAPEX, upgrades, expansions)
Fluent English (mandatory)
Czech / Slovak language
