As reinsurance brokers, our primary clients are insurance companies, for whom we prepare tailor-made reinsurance solutions and identify reinsurance companies all around the world to acquire these products (B2B). In our branch office in Prague, we focus mainly on Central & Eastern Europe countries. The complexity of the process includes various steps such as in-depth data analysis, reinsurance product development, financial background check, negotiation of terms, accounting, wording phrasing and many others where we seek additional support.

💼 Employment Type: Part-time / Full-time

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• General understanding of the reinsurance process and the ability to question contract terms and calculations with detailed orientation.
• Assisting in the preparation and distribution of analytical reports and presentations.
• Collaborating and supporting team members in different countries.
• Participation in projects improving business processes efficiency and facilitate smooth operations within the company.

🎓 Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or in process of obtaining (Finance specialization preferred).
• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Analytical and detail-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good communication skills in English (Czech and German is advantage).
• Insurance or reinsurance knowledge is advantage.
