MphaR is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Lead to manage complex international Medical Affairs projects across US, Europe and International.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, confident in stakeholder communication, and comfortable managing multiple high-level projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end project execution (planning → delivery → reporting)
• Coordinate with global pharmaceutical clients
• Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Communicate with international KOLs and institutions
• Oversee operational logistics (virtual & in-person)
• Ensure compliance and documentation standards
• Collaborate with internal scientific and operational teams
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree (business, economics, life sciences, communications or related field) is mandatory
• Native or bilingual English proficiency (mandatory)
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage deadlines
• High level of professionalism and discretion
