A renowned pharmaceutical company is looking for an experienced Sales Excellence Manager with a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry, who will contribute to the development of the sales force in Czech republic.

Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Responsible for managing and motivating a team of 8 medical representatives.
• Planning, organizing, and leading team meetings to enhance performance and support team members.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
• Regularly monitor the market and identify new growth opportunities.
• Ensure the achievement of set sales targets in cycles.
• Analyze and report sales results and evaluate performance.
• Maintain and develop relationships with current and potential customers.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and address their needs.
• Collaborate with the marketing team in preparing and executing campaigns.
• Communication and collaboration with relevant stakeholders across different markets to align sales activities and share best practices.
• Participate in industry conferences and events to support the Belupo brand.
• Regularly report to management on goal achievements, team performance, and market trends.
• Analyze sales plans and propose improvements to strategies.

Personality requirements and skills

• At least 5 years of previous experience in a similar position
• Strong background in the pharmaceutical industry.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
• Leadership: Ability to lead by example, motivate the team to achieve their goals and perform at their best.
• Communication: Clear and confident communication, both spoken and written.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with clients and team members.
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to work with sales data, identify trends, and use insights to improve results.
• Strategic Thinking: Capacity to develop long-term sales strategies that align with the company's objectives and market demands.
• Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and challenges without losing motivation, maintaining a positive attitude.
• Problem-Solving: Quick thinking and effective decision-making skills to address potential issues and find solutions.
• Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing market conditions and company directions.
• Customer-Centric Approach: Focus on understanding customer needs and providing solutions that enhance satisfaction.

Other Requirements

• University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s level).
• English language proficiency – at least Intermediate (B1).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
• Valid B category driving licence.
