We are looking for a Brand Manager to support the growth of a leading small domestic appliances brands in the Czech Republic and Slovak Republic. The person will be responsible for 360 brand communication across marketing mix – planning, execution and assessment. Brand Manager will work closely with other departments (Category Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Headquarters, etc.) and external partners (Advertising Agencies, etc.).
The Role:
As Brand Manager, you are responsible for communication and brand building for Braun SDA (Small Domestic Appliances) product portfolios. You will work both strategically and long-term with brand positioning and media planning, as well as operationally with implementation and execution.
You will oversee brand communication throughout every stage of the consumer journey, with a clear focus on driving sales and building a strong, vibrant brand. You will collaborate closely with the Category Manager for Braun, who oversees the category and the commercial offering.
Key Responsibilities:
Planning, executing & tracking Brand communication:
● Developing comprehensive, cohesive, 360 degrees, ROI-driven communication strategy for the brand in online and offline world
● Leading digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, video, display, social media – hand in hand with digital media agencies
● Leading offline marketing activities, including maintaining excellent in-store presence & POSM status
● Managing marketing budget as a budget owner
● Actively participating in internal marketing and sales meetings, inspiring the sales force, equipping them with market winning product knowledge and tools
● Managing brand website, creating product rich content
● Contribution to Brand Strategy development, together with the team in the Czech Republic and Slovak Republic and HQ in Frankfurt/Treviso
● Innovating in consumer communication field – bringing new ideas, working with agency on new tools, assessing them and applying in long term plans
● Adapting global campaign materials for local markets and ensuring seamless implementation.
● Guiding agencies in the creation of content
● Managing influencer collaborations & social media performance
● Executing marketing plans in collaboration with retailers.
Analysis of market data:
● Monitoring competitive environment
● Analyzing consumer trends & insights
Key Requirements from the candidate:
● 2-5 years of working experience in the same position
● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing/business/economics
● Fluent English, comfortable working in an international environment
● Passion for advertising, branding, digital marketing and consumer understanding
● Acumen for social media & its potential as a marketing communication channel
● Analytical, detail oriented and data-driven approach to actions
● Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
● Highly collaborative a true team player who thrives both independently and in synergy with the local team and the Global Headquarters
● Proactive, KPI driven, results-oriented, well organized and keeping time commitments
● Flexible and pragmatic – open to new ideas and quick to adapt
