We are a global manufacturer of parts for braking systems based in Čejč, the Czech Republic, and we partner with important employers representing a long-standing tradition in the South Moravian Region.

We are involved in the development of state-of-the-art braking systems, manufacturing and supplying brake pins for a quarter of the cars produced worldwide. We are a member of LISI group, a large multinational with its parent company in France.

Due to the continuous expansion of our production, we are looking for a new colleague for the position of Customer Service Correspondent. This position will be part of the newly built Customer Service team in Čejč, reporting to our French Headquarters.

What will your responsibilities be?

1. Communication with customer representatives

· Maintain good relations with all relevant contacts

· Regularly checks variations in customer order books to warn the customer and the factory

· Acts as an interface between the customer's logistics contact, factory scheduling and the sales department

2. Placing orders and deliveries

· Records and validates customer orders

· Manages of the delivery schedules on a daily basis

3. Back-office tasks

· Reply to customer various questionnaires

· Reply to customer capacity enquiries

· Book and update intercompany orders in our ERP

What do you need for this role?

• Advanced English both spoken and written – B2/C1 level; another foreign language is an advantage (German, French)
• Willingness to travel abroad - training takes place in France
• Proactive approach, time management, learning ability
• Customer focus, result oriented
• Experience in B2B sector
• General skills in clerical tasks
• Knowledge of using and working in ERP and IT systems (SAP, …)
