Customer Service Compliance Specialist for region EMEA & AMS

We are Qnity (Laird s.r.o.), an international manufacturing and technology company, and we are looking for a Compliance & Risk Specialist for Customer Service to join our global team.

We’re looking for a colleague for a unique role that offers room for growth, independence, and collaboration within a fully international environment. While you will work in a hybrid setup, your role will be entirely global — including daily online collaboration with teammates across the USA, Europe, and Mexico.

What will your work look like?

You will become a key guardian of compliance for the Americas (AMS) and Europe (EMEA) regions. Your mission: ensure that customer service processes run exactly as they should.

The CC&R Support Specialist (Controls, Compliance & Risk) is responsible for coordinating regional customer service CC&R requirements and ensuring processes are executed accurately and completely. You will serve as the CC&R contact for external parties and internal audit, and you will translate changes in controls into customer service processes.

What exactly will you do?

• Compliance Oversight - You will review documents and data in SAP to ensure they meet internal guidelines and SOX requirements.

• SOX Guidance - You will become an internal expert on the SarbanesOxley Act — advising colleagues on how to set up processes to be fully compliant.

• MonthEnd Closing Activities - You’ll oversee monthend processes and ensure everything is completed accurately and on time.

• Audit Preparation - You will be the main point of contact for internal and external auditors — preparing documentation, explaining processes, and guiding them through the details.

• Analysis & Issue Resolution - If controls reveal a weakness, you will analyze the root cause and propose corrective actions. Continuous improvement is your mission.

• Reporting & Knowledge Sharing - You will prepare control reports and train CSR colleagues so they understand what to look out for.

• Managing Compliance Requirements - You will also support specific areas such as export controls, VAT exceptions, and proper classification of new products.

Who is this role perfect for?

We are looking for an independent and detailoriented professional who understands processes, data, and rules. This is a technically focused position and plays a key role in our global business. To help you succeed and feel comfortable in the role, these are the key requirements:

• SAP Knowledge - SAP will be your main working tool. We need someone who is confident using it (ideally in the OrdertoCash module) and understands pricing — especially intercompany pricing conditions.
• SOX Awareness - You have a basic understanding of the SarbanesOxley Act and the principles of internal controls. If you know the fundamentals, we will gladly train you further.
• Fluent English - Given the global nature of the team (USA, Mexico, Europe), fluent English is essential for daily communication and reporting.
• Education & Experience - You hold a university degree (at least Bachelor’s) and have previous experience in customer service or a similar administrative/technical role.

You will shine in this role if you:

• Have a strong eye for detail - You are precise, organized, processoriented, and errors in data are not “small mistakes” to you.
• Are analytical - You enjoy problemsolving and feel comfortable working with data (Excel, SAP BW).
• Communicate with ease - You can communicate clearly across the company and with external auditors — openly, professionally, and with a human touch.
• Can work independently in an international environment - We are based in Liberec, but your manager and team are abroad and fully online. Independence in managing tasks and projects is key.
• German is an advantage - If you also speak German, it will be a significant plus — for you and for us!
