Pracovní nabídka
As a Service Go-To-Market Specialist, you will lead the end-to-end planning and execution of service launches across our global organization. You will ensure that every new or enhanced service offering is clearly positioned, well enabled, and ready for scalable adoption in the field.
What You’ll Do
Own the go-to-market execution for new and existing service offerings, including upgrades, enhancements, training programs, and value-added services.
Translate service portfolio developments into clear GTM packages with strong value propositions, positioning, and enablement materials.
Lead cross-functional GTM initiatives, aligning Service Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and regional teams on timelines and deliverables.
Ensure global launch readiness by coordinating documentation, training content, internal presentations, and field enablement assets.
Monitor post-launch performance, gather feedback from the field and customers, and drive continuous improvement or rationalization of offerings.
Standardize and align service GTM messaging and materials across regions in line with Tescan’s brand and value proposition.
Support digitalization and system enablement of service activities in cooperation with Service IT Solutions, including CRM and ERP integration and workflow optimization.
What You’ll Bring
A degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, paired with experience in service go-to-market, portfolio management, product marketing, or cross-functional project coordination.
Confidence navigating high-tech or industrial service environments - experience in electron microscopy is a plus.
A structured, data-driven mindset with strong analytical and organizational skills.
The ability to turn complex service developments into clear, field-ready value propositions and materials.
Experience working with Microsoft 365, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and familiarity with ERP and CRM systems such as SAP or Salesforce.
Strong written and spoken English, enabling you to collaborate across global teams.
A proactive, accountable approach with a clear sense of ownership and a pragmatic can-do mindset.
Cultural awareness and the ability to align diverse stakeholders around shared goals.
