We are now consolidating our local presence in Сzech Republic&Slovakia. Under the leadership of the Country Manager we are assembling a dynamic team that will anchor our next phase of growth in the region.
We are looking for an active and goal-oriented Customer Service Manager who will be responsible for leading the local customer service team and ensuring high-quality support for business clients. The manager will supervise Customer Service Agents in handling inquiries related to cooperation, will prepare and provide performance reports, manage shipment interventions in coordination with Meest branches in other countries, and ensures effective communication with Headquarters
