Job Description:
We are currently looking for a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative / Rental Sales Agent. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with vehicle rentals, promoting additional services, and ensuring a smooth and professional rental experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcoming customers and providing professional service at the rental office,
Handling car rental reservations, contracts, and payments,
Actively promoting and upselling additional products and services (insurance packages, upgrades, extras),
Explaining rental terms and conditions clearly and accurately
Coordinating vehicle pick-up and return procedures
Resolving customer inquiries and handling complaints in a professional manner
Cooperating with the operations team to ensure vehicle availability and quality standards

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service or sales
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Sales-oriented mindset
Fluency in English (additional languages are a strong advantage)
Good computer skills
Driving license (Category B)
Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
