About the role

Multi-Wing is seeking a Global Supply Chain Coordinator to support global supply chain activities. The position is based in Prague, Czech Republic, and is offered in a hybrid working arrangement with a combination of office presence and remote work. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring operational excellence across purchasing, logistics, shipping, and supplier coordination, supporting both internal stakeholders and our global affiliates.

You will be working hands-on with the Global Supply Chain team situated in Denmark. The role offers a broad interface across the organization and is well-suited for someone who enjoys combining structure, communication, and continuous improvement in a global industrial environment.

Key responsibilities

Purchasing & Vendor Coordination

• Execute daily purchasing of components from suppliers and internal manufacturing units
• Maintain close, ongoing communication with suppliers and trading partners
• Support vendor relationships and contribute to long-term supplier performance improvement
• Support invoice handling and invoice control
• Optimize global stock levels and support forecasting activities

Logistics, Shipping & Order Handling

• Manage order handling and customer service globally
• Plan and coordinate shipments (road, sea, air, courier)
• Handle transport documents and support customs-related processes
• Coordinate with 3PL warehouses, including stock level control and pick & pack operations
• Support optimization of logistics and freight procedures in cooperation with Global Shipping Manager

ERP & Data Management

• Maintain and update master data in the ERP system
• Work with MRP, stock, purchase, and sales modules
• Support accurate planning, reporting, and data transparency across supply chain activities
• Act as general back-up within the Global Supply Chain team

Cross-functional & Continuous Improvement

• Contribute to process improvements across purchasing, logistics, and planning
• Support supply chain optimization initiatives aligned with Multi-Wing’s value proposition
• Collaborate actively across functions and share knowledge within the team

What we are looking for

Professional experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience within supply chain, purchasing, logistics, shipping, or order management
• Experience from a global industrial or manufacturing organization is highly valued
• Hands-on experience with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders

Education

• BSc in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or similar

or

• Forwarding agent or equivalent practical logistics education

Technical & professional skills

• Purchasing & vendor management
• Forecasting and stock optimization
• International transport and shipping documentation
• 3PL warehouse operations
• Experience working with ERP systems (preferably Microsoft D365 F&O or similar like SAP)
• Strong Excel skills; comfortable working with data and reports

Personal & behavioural skills

• Structured and detail-oriented with strong follow-through
• Clear communicator in both written and spoken English – B2 level
• Service-minded, cooperative, and proactive
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, international environment
• Cost-conscious with a strong quality and performance mindset
