The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for selected roles across Eurowag. Working closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers, this role focuses on attracting, sourcing, and hiring the right talent to support our growth. While the title reflects a specialist level, the responsibilities are hands-on and cover the full recruitment process.

Job Requirements

• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written), Polish is an advantage.
• Proven experience in recruitment (in-house or agency), ideally 2+ years.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities independently.
• Comfortable using ATS (HIBOB, SAP Smartrecruiters, etc) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.).
• Positive, proactive mindset and a strong sense of ownership.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
• Experience hiring in a fast-paced or international environment is a plus.

Job Responsibilities

• Independently manage recruitment processes from role intake through to offer stage for assigned vacancies.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide input on job profiles and sourcing strategies.
• Actively source candidates using a mix of platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media, etc.).
• Conduct CV screening, phone interviews, and provide shortlists to hiring teams.
• Manage candidate experience from first contact to offer, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Collaborate with the TA team on employer branding activities and recruitment campaigns.
• Support continuous improvement by contributing ideas to refine tools, processes, and candidate experience.
• Participate in cross-functional TA projects or initiatives as needed.
