We’re looking for an experienced Office Operations Lead who will own workplace and operational excellence at Datamole. You will be responsible for the smooth, reliable, and scalable running of our offices, and accountable to the company leadership for how well our workplace supports teams in doing great work. You will lead the Office Operations team in Prague, our main service delivery centre, and oversee our Brno office through a local Office Manager.
You will work closely with company leadership and hand in hand with the HR Lead and Finance Manager. HR covers people's topics. Office Operations covers workplace and operations topics. Different scopes — same goal: enable teams, support culture, and remove friction without adding unnecessary bureaucracy.
What will you take care of
Lead, support, and develop a team of 4 in Prague, and be responsible for delivery
Oversee Brno office operations through the Brno Office Manager.
Own day to day workplace operations across Prague and Brno - set clear standards, office rules, and simple documentation.
Align priorities with business needs - validate plans with department leads, turn them into concrete steps, and drive delivery.
Own the budget for workplace operations - Planning, forecasting, spend tracking, and cost control.
Run facilities and workplace projects with the Facility Manager - Redesigns, reconstructions, office moves, vendors, assets, maintenance, building management.
Own workplace compliance and safety basics - Keep obligations covered and risks managed without overengineering.
Improve how we work - Spot inefficiencies, simplify processes, and keep things scalable.
Own the Office IT agenda with the Office IT Administrator
Partner with department leads as the go to person for workplace topics.
Work with the HR Lead on culture and workplace experience. Rituals, internal activities, details that matter.
Lead by example. Hands on when needed.
What we need from you
Strong experience in workplace or office operations, facilities, or similar. Ideally from a 70 to 150+ people company.
You have led a small team and can keep delivery predictable.
Budget ownership experience. You can plan, track, and explain trade offs.
Vendor management and practical project delivery skills.
You are structured, reliable, and calm under pressure.
English for daily work. Czech or Slovak for Prague and Brno operations.
You can own office IT topics with a technical teammate. You do not need to be an IT specialist, but you can run the agenda and keep things reliable.
Jira experience is a plus.
