I am looking for an experienced HR Delivery Specialist to play a key role in delivering high-quality HR operations across the entire employee lifecycle. You will work in a regulated international environment where accuracy, compliance and service excellence are critical. 🚀 Project

• manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding including contract management, internal mobility and data changes
• collaborate closely with P&O Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Payroll and Technology teams to ensure a seamless employee experience
• maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HCM systems such as Workday, SAP HR Core and SHAPEiN
• ensure all transactions are documented in the Case Management System and processed in line with defined SLA and KPI
• perform quality checks and apply the four-eye principle in line with internal control standards
• identify process improvement opportunities and support global or regional HR projects
• oversee benefits administration including enrollments, life events and terminations
• provide expert support to employees regarding benefits, policies and provider escalations
• manage Time & Attendance solutions including absences and leave management
• support managers and employees with policy interpretation and issue resolution
• coordinate payroll processes with internal teams and external providers
• validate payroll inputs and outputs including variable pay and statutory contributions
• ensure compliance with global and local HR policies, labor regulations and GDPR
• support internal audits and contribute to operational performance reporting

🎯 Skills

• fluent in French or Dutch / Flemish
• 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations ideally within a regulated industry
• strong knowledge of local labor law and HR compliance requirements
• advanced experience with HRIS systems such as SAP, Workday and ServiceNow
• experience with Time & Attendance management tools
