HR Coordinator for Eastern Europe

We are looking for mid HR administrator for one of our international clients.

You are:

§ an enthusiastic and experienced HR generalist with minimum 3 years professional experience, ideally in supply chain management or in rail freight transport

§ communicative and have good communication skills in English (at least B2)

§ flexible, eager to learn and have perseverance;

§ solution oriented

§ familiar with the most common MS Office applications incl. HR systems (Workday, etc.)

What will you be doing?

§ main HR contact for Eastern European countries

§ responsible for the HR agenda across multiple European countries – Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Serbia incl. attendance tracking

§ administration of payroll processes and coordinating with external payroll providers

§ responsible for end-to-end recruitment process across all eight countries – sourcing, interviewing, hiring

§ onboarding, offboarding processes

§ responsible for all trainings – onboarding training plans, mandatory trainings, ongoing development

§ coordinating employee benefits programs

§ participation in audits

§ general office administration

o  administration of office-related contracts and agreements

o  communication and coordination with suppliers

o  management and procurement of office supplies

o  booking of flights, accommodation, and other travel arrangements

o  supporting day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth workflow

§ finance

o  one of the main contacts for our accounting department in the central office

o  administrating and processing of travel expenses

o  processing of received G&A invoices
