Why This Role Matters

As our Pet Specialty Activation Partner, you’ll be the key link between marketing and sales in the Independent Pet Specialty channel.
Your mission is to strengthen our brands’ presence in pet shops, specialty stores, breeders’ networks, and pet wholesalers, ensuring that our products stand out where true pet lovers shop.

This role is about bringing brands to life at the point of decision. You’ll work with highly engaged retail partners who know pets inside out, and you’ll help translate our brand strategy into meaningful, effective in-store activations tailored to the specialty environment.

You’ll combine strategy, creativity, execution, and analytics, working closely with sales teams in the Czech Republic and export markets to activate our brands in a way that feels authentic, premium, and commercially effective.

What You’ll Do

Brand Activation & Campaign Management

• Create and execute activation plans for independent pet specialty customers
• Prepare, implement, and evaluate in-store campaigns, promotions, and POS materials
• Ensure strong brand visibility and consistent communication in pet specialty stores
• Drive differentiation and premium perception in highly competitive shelf environments

Strategic Collaboration

• Work closely with the marketing team on brand strategy and new product launches
• Partner with sales teams focused on independent and specialty channels
• Translate marketing vision into practical, sales-driven execution
• Prepare clear and inspiring presentations for internal and external partners

Analytics & Optimization

• Analyze campaign performance and propose improvements to increase ROI
• Take ownership of defined marketing objectives within the pet specialty channel
• Evaluate the effectiveness of activations and promotional mechanics
• Regularly report on activities, results, and market insights

Partnership Management

• Collaborate with agencies, suppliers, wholesalers, and pet specialty retailers
• Build long-term relationships with key independent market partners
• Support negotiations and implementation of trade marketing initiatives
• Ensure flawless execution from idea to in-store reality

Who You Are

Essential

• 3–5 years of experience in trade marketing, category management, or sales
• (ideally FMCG, pet food, or retail)
• Strong understanding of independent retail and pet specialty dynamics
• Hands-on experience with in-store activations and promotional campaigns
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in Czech and English
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into action
