We are looking for a General Ledger Team Lead to join our growing global Shared Service Centre, established two and a half years ago.

This is a newly created role designed to strengthen our leadership team of 5 Team Leaders. You’ll lead a team of 6 finance professionals while working collaboratively across the organization to elevate our finance function.

Key Responsibilities

Mentor and develop your team of 6 accountants, fostering their growth and success
Lead end-to-end process reviews to identify opportunities for improvement
Champion automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Drive continuous process improvements across finance operations
Collaborate with our international team and other Team Leaders to deliver results
Shape the future direction of our finance function

Skills & Experience

3-5 years' experience in R2R GL accounting or other senior finance function, ideally in an international environment
Leadership experience with track record of managing a team for at least 1 year and ability to effectively direct and prioritize work for others
Strong English language skills
Working knowledge of core finance systems, ERP and related specialty functional systems, frameworks, and functionality
Proactive approach
Accounting qualification (AAT/CIMA/ACCA/ACA or global equivalent) would be a big advantage

We work in a hybrid model, with two days per week expected on-site at our office in the Vlněna office complex.
