Are you looking for a role where you can influence the careers of young professionals while advancing your own?

This is a unique opportunity to build your Early Careers recruitment career with AMS while partnering directly with Barclays.

You’ll spend two days each week onsite at the Barclays campus, collaborating with stakeholders and supporting high‑impact Early Careers programmes, and three days working from home for flexibility and balance. What you’ll do:

• Build strong relationships with Barclays hiring managers and act as a trusted advisor.
• Partner with Barclays to support and implement attraction strategies to secure top campus talent.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Collaborate with global and local teams to deliver high-quality results.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and drive continuous improvement.

What we’re looking for:

• Solid experience managing full-cycle recruitment, ideally in technology or RPO/BPO environments.
• Strong knowledge of the Czech job market and local regulations.
• Ability to work independently and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluency in English and Czech.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis.

Nice to have:

• Experience in campus/early careers recruitment and event planning.
• Background in financial services.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools (e.g., Workday).

Compensation

Base salary, Incentive pay: Participation in one of our company's bonus schemes, dependent upon role & eligibility.

AMS: Flexi pass allowance, a flexi pass card of 750CZK per month for various spare time activities in the form of an electronically topped-up card or the equivalent of that amount in cash allowance (subject to tax, net amount approx. 555CZK) Meal Vouchers -90CZK per working day if working more than 4 hrs per day, 100% employer funded, in the form of an electronically topped-up card/ can be swapped for a cash meal allowance of the same amount. 75,60CZK of which is tax exempt. 3 days of fully paid "self-certified" sick leave, Volunteer leave, Employee Assistance programme - confidential support services for employee & dependents.
 

Annual Leave

Statutory: 26 days annual leave + national/public holidays + additional service days after your 3rd year of employment up to max. 31 days in total.
