At Selektio, we partner with international clients who are building modern, data-driven HR environments. For one of our clients, we are currently looking for an expert-level HR professional who enjoys working with data, structure and processes — and understands how quality HR data supports better leadership decisions.

About the role

This position combines HR data controlling, reporting and HR operations. You will play an important role in consolidating HR data, harmonising basic HR processes, and delivering clear, meaningful outputs for Group management. If you enjoy structure, numbers, analysis — and want your work to have real impact — this role may be a great fit.

Key ResponsibilitiesHR Data & Reporting

• Collect and review HR data from branches (headcount, salaries, bonuses, exceptions)
• Consolidate HR data for Group HQ and Group CEO
• Prepare regular HR reports and ad-hoc analyses
• Support payroll and bonus overviews (data control and verification, not payroll calculation)

Cross-Group Collaboration

• Communicate with HR teams and management across branches
• Cooperate on HR documentation and reporting standards across the Group
• Help define and implement basic HR data and reporting standards

HR Operations & Administration

• Manage HR documentation (employment contracts, amendments, related documents)
• Monitor contract validity and key HR deadlines
• Maintain records of signed documents (digital & physical)
• Support HR processes across the organization (onboarding, offboarding, performance reviews)

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who:

• Is analytical, systematic and detail-oriented
• Enjoys order, structure and accuracy in data
• Understands HR administration — and wants it to make sense and have impact
• Can not only collect data, but also turn it into relevant insights
• Is reliable, independent and communicative

What we are looking for

• Experience in HR is required, administration, controlling or data-focused roles
• Strong Excel skills (data tables, dashboards, analytics)
• High level of accuracy, responsibility and follow-through
• Understanding of HR processes
• English and Czech/Slovak at a communicative level
