Do you want to be part of customer experience team when providing software solutions for our clients all around the world? In our automotive division we manage customer experience projects for our major automotive clients and at this moment we are looking for a new colleague on the position:

Customer Care Specialist with English

The goal of this position is to serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.

Key responsibilities:

• Understand, manage and fully transfer the strategy of the clients to our solutions
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Prioritize cases based on severity, customer, resources.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery according to customer needs and objectives
• Work effectively with other team members
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

What we expect:

• Advanced knowledge of English (both written and spoken)
• Czech language at B2+ level
• MS Office - user knowledge (mainly Excel)
• Basic SQL knowledge is advantage
• Analytical skills, interest in app solutions
• Demonstrable ability to communicate and present at all levels of an organization
• Experience with delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
• Negotiation skills, stress resistance
• Ability to work independently
