Job description

• Check-in and check-out of guests
• Handling reservations and booking systems
• Cashier operations (payments, invoices, daily cash control)
• Communication with guests (email, phone, messages)
• Providing local recommendations and guest assistance
• Basic reception administration and daily reporting
• Cooperation with housekeeping and management
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and calm reception area
• Supporting a respectful and peaceful guest environment

Requirements / Profile

• Very good English (other languages are an advantage)
• Friendly, polite, and professional communication
• Positive attitude and natural hospitality mindset
• Responsible, reliable, and well-organized
• Attention to detail and guest comfort
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work shifts (including evenings/weekends)
• Hospitality experience is an advantage, not a requirement
• EU work permit
