Lindt & Sprüngli, the world’s leading manufacturer of premium quality chocolate, is looking for a Social Media Manager (External Contractor / Freelancer) to support our digital presence across the CEE region!

We are seeking a creative and strategic social media professional to drive our regional social media strategy and manage the end‑to‑end execution of social media channels for Lindt Czech Republic & Slovakia. This role will play a key part in strengthening Lindt’s digital brand equity, ensuring premium positioning, and delivering impactful, insight-driven content across the region.

The expected collaboration scope is approximately 60–70 hours per month.

What will be your responsibilities?

• Lead and coordinate social media strategy and activities across CEE
• Manage end‑to‑end execution of Lindt CZ & SK social media channels
• Plan, publish, and optimize content; manage community interactions
• Build and maintain influencer partnerships
• Respond to consumer inquiries to strengthen brand visibility
• Collaborate with the Brand Marketing team on strategy and execution
• Track performance, report results, and optimize content based on insights

What knowledge and skills are required?

• 3+ years of experience in social media management (ideally FMCG or premium brands)
• Strong knowledge of platforms, content formats, and digital best practices
• Ability to create engaging content and manage online communities
• Experience with influencer collaborations
• Analytical mindset with experience in social media metrics and insight tools
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and premium‑brand mindset
• Strong coordination and project management skills (agencies & cross‑functional teams)
• Proactive, creative, independent, and collaborative
• Excellent Czech + advanced English

Technical requirements:

• Smartphone and camera suitable for high‑quality content creation
• Access to editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe apps)
• Knowledge of Meta Business Suite
